Silver and enamel pendent design in the signature handwriting of jewellery designer Jane Moore, with the central design adapted from the tilework of the interior dome of the private mosque of Shah‘ Abbas I, the Mosque of Shaykh Lutfallah inIsfahan. Freshwater pearls have been chosen to enhance the design as pearls have been used to embellish Iranian jewellery and precious objects for centuries. Some of the finest pearls in the world originate from the Persian Gulf. Pendant 5cm. Chain length 45cm.
