Mount Yi umbrella

The text pattern used in the making of this folding umbrella is taken from a rubbing of a later carving (AD 993) of the original inscription that the First Emperor erected on Mount Yi in 219 BC. The beautiful calligraphy is in the small seal scriptstyle favoured by the First Emperor.
