Open University study day: the Renaissance reconsidered

A special day of lectures, a film and gallery talks, this study day complements the Open University course on the Renaissance reconsidered. The event is open to OU students and to the general public and plays to the strengths of the Museum's collection. Topics covered will include the drawing techniques of Michelangelo, Venice on the eve of the Golden Age, Durer as a link between the northern and Italian traditions, Renaissance ceramics, linking cultures and the Waddesdon Bequest as a Renaissance Schatzkammer.
Free entry and priority access to all special exhibitions including:
