    About

This print is inspired by the double-headed serpent pectoral, which is one of the British Museum's most iconic objects. The Mexica considered serpents to be powerful, multifaceted creatures that could bridge the spheres of the cosmos (the underworld, water and sky) owing to their physical and mythical characteristics.
