  1. On the 'Tools' menu, click 'Options'.
  2. On the 'Preferences' tab, under 'E-mail', click 'Junk E-mail'.
  3. Click the 'Safe Senders' or 'Safe Recipients' tab.
  4. Click 'Add'.
  5. In the 'Enter an e-mail address or Internet domain name to be added to the list' box, enter 'shop@replies.britishmuseum.org>', and then click 'OK'.
  6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for each name or address that you want to add.

Mozilla Thunderbird

Add the From address into your Personal Address Book:

  1. Click the 'Address Book' button.
  2. Make sure the 'Personal Address Book' is highlighted.
  3. Click the 'New Card' button. This will launch a 'New Card' window that has 3 tabs: 'Contact', 'Address' & 'Other'.
