Gold-coloured metal bookmark with an ankh cross and beaded tassel. The ancient Egyptian symbol of the ankh means 'life' or 'living'.

It is inspired by the ankhs in the stela of sais, a magnificent stela discovered underwater at the lost city of Thonis-Heracleion in 2001. The design has been created especially for the BP exhibition Sunken cities: Egypt’s lost worlds.
