    An Egyptian dog soft toy.

This Egyptian stuffed toy dog represents Anubis, the jackal-headed god who was held to protect the grave in ancient Egypt.

Anubis was often represented as a dog or wolf, or as a human with a canine head. He was associated with mummification and oversaw the 'weighing of the heart' in the Underworld, and was one of the most ancient and frequently depicted gods of the ancient Egyptians.

This high quality plush toy features a velvet exterior with embroidered gold detailing and a gold collar.

Bastet the cat is also available.

    Ideal as a gift.
