Lapis and antique brass scarab set in a turquoise oval pendant.

A scarab, an important symbol to the ancient Egyptians, is decorated with lapis, which was commonly used in ancient Egypt, particularly in depicting the gods and goddesses.

This piece has been individually hand crafted by American jewellery designer Patrice, and has been selected from her Egyptian collection. The Egyptian collection features many of the icons of ancient Egypt such as the scarab and the ibis birds.
