Returns and FAQs:

A pair of vibrant stud earrings with a geometric design inspired by the eyes of the ancient Egyptian god Horus.

The earrings are part of a range accompanying the British Museum exhibition Hieroglyphs: unlocking ancient Egypt.

These earrings are made in the UK from laser-cut acrylic mirror, finished with gold-plated stud posts.

The son of Isis and Osiris, Horus was the ancient Egyptian god of the sky, whose right eye was thought to be the sun, and whose left eye, the moon. According to myth, Horus was defeated in a fight by the desert god Set, during which his left eye was damaged, and later healed by Thoth, leading to the ‘broken’ appearance of the moon in the night sky.

A quirky design inspired by ancient history.

Please note, for hygiene reasons pierced earrings cannot be refunded or exchanged.
