A convenient sized statement bag, with a gold and blue design inspired by the iconic woodblock print the 'Great Wave off Kanagawa' (or 'Fuji Wave' as it is often referred to) by Japanese artist Hokusai.

Hokusai (1760-1849) was the leading ukiyo-e artist of the later Edo period. The print shows the mountain from the sea on the coast to the south-west of Tokyo, with the Great Wave off Kanagawa. Hokusai was a Japanese artist, ukiyo-e painter and printmaker of the Edo period. In his time, he was Japan's leading expert on Chinese painting, and this print is taken from the series 'Thirty-six views of Mount Fuji'.
