Exclusive

Exclusive to the British Museum, a print of a woman brushing her long hair by Japanese artist Hashiguchi Goyo (1880-1921).

The beautiful image, titled Kamisuki, or “Combing the Hair”, shows the serene woman in a pale blue bathrobe with a contrasting orange obi. The wistful original was produced during the Taisho era, and only a handful of prints were ever produced.

A tranquil image, perfect for any home setting.
