Exclusive to the British Museum, a tea towel featuring an image of the Museum’s façade and a selection of its most famous artefacts.

Made from 100% cotton, this tea towel is machine washable.

The façade of the British Museum was designed by the architect Sir Robert Smirke (1780-1867) in 1823. Smirke designed the building in the Greek Revival style, which emulated classical Greek architecture. Features on the building include the colonnade and the portico shown in this design. In front of the Museum can be seen here the Gayer-Anderson Cat, the Discobolus, the Rosetta Stone and the Portland Vase, amongst many other fascinating artefacts.

A handy gift celebrating the beauty of the Museum.
